Frankly at age eighteen I was a dominant air guitarist. My favorite "jams" Van Halen, Blue Oyster Cult and UFO. Unfortunately as I grew older it just seemed to be a little ridiculous and I became a little self-concsious.
At age 41 I decided I had better learn how to play guitar since my air guitar days were long over. After now experiencing both I must say the air jams are more fun.
